We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping instructions will be provided once your request is approved.

For hygiene and safety reasons, personal-use and personal-care products (including massage oils and similar items) cannot be returned once opened or used.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation & Changes

Once a tracking number has been issued, the order is considered dispatched. At this stage, cancellations or exchanges are no longer available.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, you may request a return once the order has been received, provided the item remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Approved returns must follow our return guidelines outlined above.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

This does not apply to opened personal-use or hygiene products.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
